Training on your own, with no motivation can be hard. did you know that when training on your own, there is 86% chance that you are going to stop within the next 6 months? This is where personal training can help you. With the right set of skills and knowlege, i can push you to your limits, encouraging you to keep going whilst giving you the correct workout that will concentrate on a certain area of the body. A different day will be a different body part to train on and believe me, you will see results!

 

            GROUP TRAINING

Having a friend can be very helpful when training. With my 'fitpack' diet and exercise plan, you and your friend can get the body you need in no time. Having a friend  training with you is great motivation because

  • You can train better when having a conversation with someone.

  • You don't get bored.

  • You both see results within eachother.

            CORPORATE TRAINING

Although training with a friend is fun and very motivational, you may be someone who has a very busy lifestyle and just needs an hours workout a day on your own. Not a problem!
